Mohamed Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi & Sons Co. was established forty-two years ago when in 1968 Sheikh Mohamed Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi founded the first water heaters factory in the Middle East. The factory was named The Modern Factory for Heaters and was followed in 1973 by the first factory in the Middle East for evaporative air coolers under the name of Al-Jazira Air Conditioners.
In 1998 the company was changed to a limited partnership company affiliated with a number of groups and factories. In 2007 its legal status was changed again to become Mohamed Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi & Sons for Industry Holding Co., a Saudi joint stock company working in the industrial sector with its head office located in Riyadh and affiliated with six companies:

Mohamed Abdul Aziz Al-Rajhi & Sons Co. is one of the leading integrated groups in the national industrial sector that has succeeded in achieving qualitative growth performance throughout its history. From the outset, its primary objectives have been to vary the base of industrial activities, realize the potential of the industrial sector and employ national cadres.
